Consultancy Council is a Dubai-based legal consultancy firm serving individuals and businesses across the UAE. We are based in Port Saeed, Deira — right in the heart of Dubai’s professional district — and we have been helping clients make sense of UAE law since our founding.

Consultancy Council was established with one clear purpose: to give people in the UAE access to honest, expert legal consultation without the complexity and cost that often comes with it.
We saw a gap in the market. Individuals and small businesses needed legal clarity but could not always access it quickly or affordably. So we brought together a team of experienced legal consultants — specialists across civil, commercial, family, labour, and corporate law — and built a practice around one principle: clear advice, delivered with integrity.
